Wastewater Testing
Wastewater is defined as “used water from any combination of domestic, industrial, commercial or agricultural activities.” OEC follows protocols set by EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials), SM (Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater), and TEM (Asbestos Testing) to properly analyze wastewater.

Soil, Sediment & Hazardous Waste
Hazardous wastes may be found in different physical states such as gaseous, liquids, or solids. A hazardous waste is a special type of waste because it cannot be disposed of by common means like other by-products of our everyday lives. OEC follows protocols set by EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) and SM (Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater), RSK-175 (CO2,CH3, O2, H2S), Tittle 22, SW-846 (Sampling and Analysis Requirements), GCMS-SIM (Very High Sensitivity Mode), and PLM (Asbestos Testing) to properly analyze hazardous waste.

Drinking Water Testing
Drinking water quality in the U.S. is regulated by state and federal laws and codes, which set Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs) and Treatment Technique requirements. OEC follows protocols set by EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), TEM (Asbestos Testing), Tittle 22, and SM (Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater) to properly analyze drinking water.
