Chain of Custody

A Chain-of-Custody (COC) is the important document that verifies custody and the samples and provides specific instructions to the lab.

A COC must be completed and provided with all samples submitted to OEC.  Upon request, OEC will provide two-part COCs; alternatively, you may download either an Adobe PDF or MS Excel version of an OEC COC.
