(OEC) is a small, woman owned enterprise providing field and laboratory services to the enviromental, regulatory,and petroleum industries for the last 12 years. Our full service analytical laboratory supports all phases of enviromental investigation and monitoring. OEC also provides focused service for petroleum and production, while our field services, both on and offshore, include sampling, field testing, monitoring, and sunstance investigations.
